Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "There is no reality in contagion or bad omens. One camel becomes afflicted with mange, and it infects a hundred other camels with mange, but who afflicted the first one with mange?"
