باب من صفته صلى الله عليه وسلم وأخباره - ذكر ما كان يستعمل المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم من ترك ضرب أحد من المسلمين بنفسه-
Hadith Number: 6444
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، حدثنا محمد بن المنهال الضرير ، حدثنا يزيد بن زريع ، حدثنا معتمر ، عن الزهري ، عن عروة ، عن عائشة ، قالت: " ما ضرب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بيده شيئا قط، إلا ان يجاهد في سبيل الله، وما ضرب امراة قط، ولا خادما له قط".
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) never struck anything with his blessed hand, except when he was fighting in the way of Allah (then he attacked the enemies), and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) never struck his wife or any of his servants.
