ذكر عمرو بن العاص السهمي رضي الله عنه - ذكر السبب الذي من أجله كانت عائشة تكنى بأم عبد الله-
Hadith Number: 7117
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، حدثنا عقبة بن مكرم ، حدثنا ابن بكير ، حدثنا هشام بن عروة ، عن ابيه ، عن عائشة ، قالت: لما ولد عبد الله بن الزبير اتيت به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فتفل في فيه، فكان اول شيء دخل جوفه، وقال: " هو عبد الله، وانت ام عبد الله"، فما زلت اكنى بها وما ولدت قط.
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: When Abdullah bin Zubair was born, I took him to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) put his blessed saliva in his mouth; this was the first thing that entered his mouth. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: This is Abdullah, and you are Umm Abdullah. After that, this remained my title continuously, even though I had no children.
