Sahih Ibn Hibban
كِتَابُ إِخْبَارِهِ ﷺ عَنْ مَنَاقِبِ الصَّحَابَةِ رِجَالِهِمْ وَنِسَائِهِمْ بِذِكْرِ أَسْمَائِهِمْ رِضْوَانُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
Book of the Prophet’s ﷺ Reports on the Virtues of the Companions, Men and Women, by Name
باب وصف الجنة وأهلها - ذكر الإخبار بأن أهل الجنة لا يكون لهم حالة نقص وتقذر إذ هي دار رفعة وعلاء-
Hadith Number: 7435
اخبرنا ابو خليفة ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن كثير العبدي ، قال: اخبرنا سفيان ، عن الاعمش ، عن ابي سفيان ، عن جابر ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" اهل الجنة ياكلون، ويشربون، ولا يبولون، ولا يتغوطون، ولا يتمخطون، ولا يبزقون، يلهمون الحمد والتسبيح كما يلهمون النفس، طعامهم له جشاء، وريحهم المسك" .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The people of Paradise will eat and drink, but they will neither urinate nor defecate, nor will they bring forth phlegm, nor spit. Praise and glorification will be inspired in them just as breathing is inspired, and their food will be eliminated in the form of a burp, whose fragrance will be like that of musk."
