باب صفة النار وأهلها - ذكر الإخبار عن إهواء حجر في النار سبعين خريفا-
Hadith Number: 7469
اخبرنا احمد بن الحسن بن عبد الجبار ، حدثنا الهيثم بن خارجة ، حدثنا خلف بن خليفة ، عن يزيد بن كيسان ، عن ابي حازم ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: بينا نحن عند رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذ سمع وجبة، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" اتدرون ما هذه؟"، قلنا: الله ورسوله اعلم، قال: " هذه حجر رمي به في النار منذ سبعين خريفا، فالآن انتهى إلى قعر النار" .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Once we were present with the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). During that time, he heard a loud sound. He asked: Do you know what this is? We replied: Allah and His Messenger know best. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: This is a stone that was thrown into Hell seventy years ago; it has now reached its bottom.
