بَابُ عَسْبِ الْفَحْلِ:
Chapter. (Charging for) the semen of a male animal, (i.e., copulation of animals).
Hadith Number: 2284
حدثنا مسدد، حدثنا عبد الوارث، وإسماعيل بن إبراهيم، عن علي بن الحكم، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنه، قال:" نهى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن عسب الفحل".
Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet forbade taking a price for animal copulation.

بَابُ إِذَا اسْتَأْجَرَ أَرْضًا فَمَاتَ أَحَدُهُمَا:
Chapter. If somebody rents land and he or the owner of the land dies (will the contract be cancelled)?
Hadith Number: Q2285
وقال ابن سيرين: ليس لاهله ان يخرجوه إلى تمام الاجل، وقال الحكم، والحسن، وإياس بن معاوية: تمضى الإجارة إلى اجلها، وقال ابن عمر: اعطى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم خيبر بالشطر، فكان ذلك على عهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وابي بكر، وصدرا من خلافة عمر، ولم يذكر ان ابا بكر، وعمر جددا الإجارة بعدما قبض النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.
And Ibn Sirin said that the people of the land cannot evict the lessee (or his heirs) before the completion of the term. And Hakam, Hasan, and Iyas bin Mu'awiyah said that the lease remains until the end of its term. And Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave the lease of Khaybar to the Jews on the basis of half of the produce. Then this same contract remained during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), and at the beginning of the caliphate of Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) as well. And nowhere is it mentioned that Abu Bakr and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) made a new contract after the death of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
Hadith Number: 2285
حدثنا موسى بن إسماعيل، حدثنا جويرية بن اسماء، عن نافع، عن عبد الله رضي الله عنه، قال: اعطى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم خيبر اليهود، ان يعملوها ويزرعوها، ولهم شطر ما يخرج منها، وان ابن عمر حدثه، ان المزارع كانت تكرى على شيء سماه نافع لا احفظه،
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: "Allah's Apostle gave the land of Khaibar to the Jews to work on and cultivate and take half of its yield. Ibn `Umar added, "The land used to be rented for a certain portion (of its yield)." Nafi mentioned the amount of the portion but I forgot it.

Hadith Number: 2286
وان رافع بن خديج حدث، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم" نهى عن كراء المزارع"، وقال عبيد الله: عن نافع، عن ابن عمر، حتى اجلاهم عمر.
Rafi bin Khadij said, "The Prophet forbade renting farms." Narrated 'Ubaidullah Nafi said: Ibn `Umar said: (The contract of Khaibar continued) till `Umar evacuated the Jews (from Khaibar).
