What to do when wind blows.
Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says that when a strong wind would blow, signs of fear would appear on the face of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
Prophet said he was helped by the east wind.
Narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I was helped by the east wind (Bād al-Sabā), and (the people of) ‘Ād were destroyed by the west wind."
What is said about earthquakes and signs of the Hour.
Narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah! Bless our Sham and our Yemen." He says that the people requested, "And (pray for blessing) in our Najd as well." So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah! Bless our Sham and our Yemen." He says that the companions requested, "And (pray for blessing) in our Najd as well." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There will be earthquakes and tribulations there, and the group of Satan will emerge from there."
Only Allah knows when it will rain.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The keys of the unseen are five, which no one knows except Allah: (1) No one knows what will happen tomorrow; (2) No one knows what is in the womb; (3) No one knows what he will do tomorrow; (4) No one knows in which land he will die; (5) No one knows when it will rain."
