Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him): A house in Madinah caught fire at night. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was informed of this, he said: "This fire is your enemy, so when you go to sleep, extinguish (fire, lamps, etc.)."

`Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that during the blessed era of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I built a house with my own hands in which we were protected from rain and sunlight, and I did not seek anyone's help in its construction.
