بَابُ غَيْرَةِ النِّسَاءِ وَوَجْدِهِنَّ:
Chapter. The jealousy of women and their anger.
Hadith Number: 5229
حدثني احمد ابن ابي رجاء، حدثنا النضر، عن هشام، قال: اخبرني ابي، عن عائشة، انها قالت:" ما غرت على امراة لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كما غرت على خديجة، لكثرة ذكر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إياها وثنائه عليها، وقد اوحي إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ان يبشرها ببيت لها في الجنة من قصب".
Narrated `Aisha: I never felt so jealous of any wife of Allah's Apostle as I did of Khadija because Allah's Apostle used to remember and praise her too often and because it was revealed to Allah's Apostle that he should give her (Khadija) the glad tidings of her having a palace of Qasab in Paradise .

بَابُ ذَبِّ الرَّجُلِ عَنِ ابْنَتِهِ فِي الْغَيْرَةِ وَالإِنْصَافِ:
Chapter. The man’s attempt to prevent what my arouse his daughter’s jealousy, and his demand that she should be treated justly.
Hadith Number: 5230
حدثنا قتيبة، حدثنا الليث، عن ابن ابي مليكة، عن المسور بن مخرمة، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول وهو على المنبر:" إن بني هشام بن المغيرة استاذنوا في ان ينكحوا ابنتهم علي بن ابي طالب، فلا آذن ثم لا آذن ثم لا آذن إلا ان يريد ابن ابي طالب ان يطلق ابنتي وينكح ابنتهم، فإنما هي بضعة مني يريبني ما ارابها ويؤذيني ما آذاها"، هكذا قال.
Narrated Al-Miswar bin Makhrama: I heard Allah's Apostle who was on the pulpit, saying, "Banu Hisham bin Al-Mughira have requested me to allow them to marry their daughter to `Ali bin Abu Talib, but I don't give permission, and will not give permission unless `Ali bin Abi Talib divorces my daughter in order to marry their daughter, because Fatima is a part of my body, and I hate what she hates to see, and what hurts her, hurts me."

بَابُ يَقِلُّ الرِّجَالُ وَيَكْثُرُ النِّسَاءُ:
Chapter. Men will decrease and women will increase.
Hadith Number: Q5231
وقال ابو موسى: عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" وترى الرجل الواحد يتبعه اربعون امراة يلذن به من قلة الرجال وكثرة النساء".
Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that you will see forty women with one man, seeking his protection, because men will become few and women will become many.
Hadith Number: 5231
حدثنا حفص بن عمر الحوضي، حدثنا هشام، عن قتادة، عن انس رضي الله عنه، قال: لاحدثنكم حديثا سمعته من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لا يحدثكم به احد غيري، سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول:" إن من اشراط الساعة: ان يرفع العلم ويكثر الجهل، ويكثر الزنا، ويكثر شرب الخمر، ويقل الرجال ويكثر النساء، حتى يكون لخمسين امراة القيم الواحد".
Narrated Anas: I will narrate to you a Habith I heard from Allah's Apostle and none other than I will tell you of it. I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "From among the portents of the Hour are the following: Religious knowledge will be taken away; General ignorance (in religious matters) will increase; illegal Sexual intercourse will prevail: Drinking of alcoholic drinks will prevail. Men will decrease in number, and women will increase in number, so much so that fifty women will be looked after by one man."

بَابُ لاَ يَخْلُوَنَّ رَجُلٌ بِامْرَأَةٍ إِلاَّ ذُو مَحْرَمٍ، وَالدُّخُولُ عَلَى الْمُغِيبَةِ:
Chapter. A man should not stay with a woman in seclusion unless he is a Dhu-Mahram (a person who is legally not allowed to marry that woman, e.g. her father or brother, etc.). (And it is unlawful for one) to enter upon a woman whose husband is absent.
Hadith Number: 5232
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد، حدثنا ليث، عن يزيد بن ابي حبيب، عن ابي الخير، عن عقبة بن عامر، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" إياكم والدخول على النساء"، فقال رجل من الانصار: يا رسول الله، افرايت الحمو؟ قال:" الحمو: الموت".
Narrated `Uqba bin 'Amir: Allah's Apostle said, "Beware of entering upon the ladies." A man from the Ansar said, "Allah's Apostle! What about Al-Hamu the in-laws of the wife (the brothers of her husband or his nephews etc.)?" The Prophet replied: The in-laws of the wife are death itself.

Hadith Number: 5233
حدثنا علي بن عبد الله، حدثنا سفيان، حدثنا عمرو، عن ابي معبد، عن ابن عباس، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" لا يخلون رجل بامراة إلا مع ذي محرم"، فقام رجل، فقال:" يا رسول الله، امراتي خرجت حاجة واكتتبت في غزوة كذا وكذا، قال: ارجع فحج مع امراتك".
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The Prophet said, "No man should stay with a lady in seclusion except in the presence of a Dhu- Muhram." A man stood up and said, "O Allah's Apostle! My wife has gone out intending to perform the Hajj and I have been enrolled (in the army) for such-and-such campaign." The Prophet said, "Return and perform the Hajj with your wife."

بَابُ مَا يَجُوزُ أَنْ يَخْلُوَ الرَّجُلُ بِالْمَرْأَةِ عِنْدَ النَّاسِ:
Chapter. What is allowed (as regards) a private meeting between a man and a woman when they are not secluded from the people.
Hadith Number: 5234
حدثنا محمد بن بشار، حدثنا غندر، حدثنا شعبة، عن هشام، قال: سمعت انس بن مالك رضي الله عنه، قال:" جاءت امراة من الانصار إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فخلا بها، فقال: والله إنكن لاحب الناس إلي".
Narrated Anas bin Malik: An Ansari woman came to the Prophet and he took her aside and said (to her). "By Allah, you (Ansar) are the most beloved people to me."

بَابُ مَا يُنْهَى مِنْ دُخُولِ الْمُتَشَبِّهِينَ بِالنِّسَاءِ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ:
Chapter. It is forbidden that effeminate men should enter upon women.
Hadith Number: 5235
حدثنا عثمان بن ابي شيبة، حدثنا عبدة، عن هشام بن عروة، عن ابيه، عن زينب بنت ام سلمة، عن ام سلمة،" ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان عندها وفي البيت مخنث، فقال المخنث لاخي ام سلمة عبد الله بن ابي امية: إن فتح الله لكم الطائف غدا ادلك على بنت غيلان فإنها تقبل باربع وتدبر بثمان، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: لا يدخلن هذا عليكن".
Narrated Um Salama: that while the Prophet was with her, there was an effeminate man in the house. The effeminate man said to Um Salama's brother, `Abdullah bin Abi Umaiyya, "If Allah should make you conquer Ta'if tomorrow, I recommend that you take the daughter of Ghailan (in marriage) for (she is so fat) that she shows four folds of flesh when facing you and eight when she turns her back." Thereupon the Prophet said (to us), "This (effeminate man) should not enter upon you (anymore).

بَابُ نَظَرِ الْمَرْأَةِ إِلَى الْحَبَشِ وَنَحْوِهِمْ مِنْ غَيْرِ رِيبَةٍ:
Chapter. The looking of a woman at the Ethiopians and the like (is permissible) if it does not lead to bad consequences.
Hadith Number: 5236
حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم الحنظلي، عن عيسى، عن الاوزاعي، عن الزهري، عن عروة، عن عائشة رضي الله عنها، قالت:" رايت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يسترني بردائه وانا انظر إلى الحبشة يلعبون في المسجد حتى اكون انا التي اسام، فاقدروا قدر الجارية الحديثة السن الحريصة على اللهو".
Narrated `Aisha: The Prophet was screening me with his Rida' (garment covering the upper part of the body) while I was looking at the Ethiopians who were playing in the courtyard of the mosque. (I continued watching) till I was satisfied. So you may deduce from this event how a little girl (who has not reached the age of puberty) who is eager to enjoy amusement should be treated in this respect.

بَابُ خُرُوجِ النِّسَاءِ لِحَوَائِجِهِنَّ:
Chapter. The going out of women for their needs.
Hadith Number: 5237
حدثنا فروة بن ابي المغراء، حدثنا علي بن مسهر، عن هشام، عن ابيه، عن عائشة، قالت:" خرجت سودة بنت زمعة ليلا، فرآها عمر فعرفها، فقال: إنك والله يا سودة ما تخفين علينا، فرجعت إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فذكرت ذلك له وهو في حجرتي يتعشى وإن في يده لعرقا، فانزل الله عليه، فرفع عنه وهو يقول: قد اذن الله لكن ان تخرجن لحوائجكن".
Narrated `Aisha: Once Sa`da bint Zam`a went out at night for some need, and `Umar saw her, and recognizing her, he said (to her), "By Allah, O Sa`da! You cannot hide yourself from us." So she returned to the Prophet and mentioned that to him while he was sitting in my dwelling taking his supper and holding a bone covered with meat in his hand. Then the Divine Inspiration was revealed to him and when that state was over, he (the Prophet was saying: "O women! You have been allowed by Allah to go out for your needs."
