Musnad Ishaq Bin Rahwiya
Benefiting from a pledged animal
Hadith Number: 469
اخبرنا وكيع، نا زكريا بن ابي زائدة، عن الشعبي، عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ((الظهر يركب بنفقته، ولبن الدر يشرب إذا كان مرهونا، وعلى الذي يركب ويشرب نفقته)).
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he said: "When a riding animal is held as collateral, it may be ridden because of the expenditure on it, and a milking animal's milk may be drunk. Whoever rides or drinks the milk will bear the expense."

Hadith Number: 470
اخبرنا عيسى بن يونس، نا زكريا بن ابي زائدة، عن الشعبي، عن ابي هريرة، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ((الظهر يركب بنفقته إذا كان مرهونا، واللبن الدر يشرب إذا كان مرهونا، وعلى الذي يركب ويشرب نفقته)).
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he said: "A mortgaged animal may be ridden in exchange for its maintenance, and a milking animal, when it is mortgaged, its milk may be drunk in exchange for its maintenance. And whoever rides or drinks its milk, its maintenance is his responsibility."

Hadith Number: 471
اخبرنا عيسى بن يونس، نا الاعمش، عن ابي صالح، عن ابي هريرة، قال: ((الرهن مركوب ومحلوب)).
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: The mortgaged animal may be ridden and its milk may be drunk.
