It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I intend, regarding those people who do not attend the Friday (prayer), to order a man to lead the people in prayer, then I would go to the houses of those who did not come to Friday and burn them down."

The hadith of Sayyiduna Itban bin Malik has already been mentioned in the Book of Faith in this chapter (see Hadith: 14).
