Book of Blood Money
Cases where blood money is not due and buried treasure explained
Hadith Number: 901
اخبرنا النضر، نا شعبة، نا محمد بن زياد، قال: سمعت ابا هريرة، يقول: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: العجماء جرحها جبار، والبئر جبار، والمعدن جبار، وفي الركاز الخمس.
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If livestock injure someone, there is no blood money for them; if someone falls into a well, there is no blood money; if someone falls into a mine, there is no blood money; and there is a fifth share in buried treasure."
