It is narrated from Sayyiduna ‘Abdah bin Hazn (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: The camel herders and the goat herders boasted against each other. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:“Musa (peace be upon him) was made a prophet while he was a shepherd of goats. Dawud (peace be upon him) was made a prophet while he was a shepherd of goats, and I was sent as a prophet while I used to graze the goats of my family at the place of Ajyad.”
