باب ميراث ذوي الأرحام:
Chapter on inheritance of distant relatives
Hadith Number: 3089
حدثنا ابو نعيم، حدثنا سفيان، عن الشيباني، عن الشعبي: في بنت اخ، وعمة، قال: "اعطي المال لابنة الاخ".
It is narrated from Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding the paternal aunt and the niece that all the wealth will go to the brother's daughter.
