And Ibn Abi ‘Umar narrated to us, Sufyan informed us. And Ishaq narrated to us, Jarir informed us, both of them from al-Shaybani, from Ibn Abi Awfa. And ‘Ubaydullah ibn Mu‘adh narrated to us, my father narrated to us. And Ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, they said: Shu‘bah narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from Ibn Abi Awfa, may Allah be pleased with him, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, with the meaning of the hadith of Ibn Mus-hir, and ‘Abbad, and ‘Abd al-Wahid, and there is not in the hadith of any of them:“in the month of Ramadan,”nor his saying:“and the night has come from here,”except in the narration of Hushaym alone.
