باب المستبان ما قالا فعلى الأول
Chapter: The two who insult each other—the first is responsible
Hadith Number: 328
328/425 وقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" اتدرون ما العضه؟(2)" قالوا: الله ورسوله اعلم، قال:"نقل الحديث من بعض الناس إلى بعض؛ ليفسدوا بينهم".
And the Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: "Do you know what «عضه» (slander) is?" The people replied: Allah and His Messenger know best. He said: "It is conveying a statement from one person to another so that discord arises among them."
