مسند عبد اللہ بن العباس بن عبد المطلب رضي اللہ عنهما
Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith Number: 2146
(حديث موقوف) حدثنا حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن حبيب يعني ابن الشهيد ، عن عبد الله بن ابي مليكة ، قال: شهدت ابن الزبير ، وابن عباس ، فقال ابن الزبير، لابن عباس:" اتذكر حين استقبلنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وقد جاء من سفر؟ فقال: نعم، فحملني وفلانا غلاما من بني هاشم، وتركك".
Once, Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zubair (may Allah be pleased with them both) said to Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both): Do you remember that once we met our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when he had returned from a journey? He replied: Yes! The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) picked me up and left you.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح.
