Musnad of the Women
تتمة مسند عائشة رضي الله عنها
Supplement to the Musnad of ‘A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her)
Hadith Number: 24718
حدثنا حسن ، حدثنا ابن لهيعة ، قال: حدثنا بكير ، عن القاسم بن محمد ، عن عائشة ، قالت: جعلت على باب بيتي سترا فيه تصاوير،" فلما اقبل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ليدخل، نظر إليه، فهتكه" , قالت: فاخذته، فقطعت منه نمرقتين،" فكان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يرتفقهما" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that once I hung a curtain on the door of my house which had some pictures on it. When the Prophet (peace be upon him) came to my place and saw it, he tore the curtain into pieces with his own hand. I then made two cushions from it, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to lean on them.
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد ضعيف لأجل ابن لهيعة ، ولانقطاعه بين بكير والقاسم، خ: 2479، م: 2107
