Supplement to the Musnad of ‘A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her)
Hadith Number: 25854
حدثنا حماد بن خالد , قال: حدثنا افلح , عن القاسم , عن عائشة , قالت: " وقع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على بعض نسائه ثم نام وهو جنب حتى اصبح , ثم اغتسل وصام يومه" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that once the Prophet (peace be upon him) spent the night in seclusion with one of his wives and slept while in a state requiring ghusl (ritual bath). When morning came, he performed ghusl and kept the fast for that day.
