Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Harith narrates that once, a few days after the blessed passing of the Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ), I performed the Asr prayer and came out of Masjid Nabawi with Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him). Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) was also on one side of Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him). Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) passed by Sayyiduna Imam Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him), who was playing with his companions. Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) picked him up and placed him on his shoulder and said, "May my father be sacrificed for him, he is a complete likeness of the Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ), and resembles Ali only a little." And Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) smiled upon hearing this.
