Chapter on what is reported regarding testimonies
Hadith Number: 1416
وحدثني وحدثني مالك انه بلغه، ان عمر بن الخطاب، قال: " لا تجوز شهادة خصم ولا ظنين"
Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The testimony of an enemy and an accused person is not valid.
