جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتها

(307) باب استحباب إهداء ما قد غنم من أموال أهل الشرك والأوثان أهل الحرب منه مغايظة لهم.
Chapter: Recommendation to offer spoils taken from the property of idolaters as sacrificial animals to spite them
Hadith Number: 2898
حدثنا محمد بن عيسى ، نا سلمة ، قال محمد : وحدثني عبد الله بن ابي نجيح ، عن مجاهد ، عن ابن عباس ، قال: " اهدى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عام الحديبية في هداياه جملا لابي جهل في راسه برة من فضة ليغيظ المشركين بذلك"
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent the camel obtained from Abu Jahl along with the sacrificial camels in the year of the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah. There was also a silver ring in its nose. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent this camel to grieve and enrage the polytheists.
