Sleeping in prayer and making up missed prayers
Hadith Number: 239
حدثنا علي بن خشرم ، قال: ثنا عيسى ، عن سعيد ، عن قتادة ، عن انس بن مالك رضي الله عنه، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من نام عن صلاة او نسيها فكفارتها ان يصليها إذا ذكرها" .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever forgets to pray a prayer or sleeps through it, its expiation is only that he should pray it when he remembers it.
