باب صلاة الإمام وهو جنب أو محدث
Chapter on the imam praying while in a state of janabah or without ablution
Numbering by, Al-Ilmiyyah: 1357, Al-Resalah: ,1373
حدثنا حدثنا ابو عبيد القاسم بن إسماعيل، حدثنا محمد بن حسان. ح وحدثنا ابن مبشر، ثنا احمد بن سنان، قالا: ثنا عبد الرحمن، ثنا سفيان، عن معمر، عن الزهري، عن سالم، عن ابيه" في رجل صلى بقوم وهو على غير وضوء، قال: يعيد ولا يعيدون" .
Salim narrates from his father (Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both) regarding a person who leads people in prayer while in a state of impurity (without ablution). Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, says: That person should repeat the prayer, but the people will not repeat that prayer.
