باب: ليس فى مال المكاتب زكاة حتى يعتق
Chapter: There is no zakat on the wealth of a mukatab until he is freed

حدثنا حدثنا عبد الله بن محمد بن زياد، ثنا عبد الرحمن بن بشر، ثنا يحيى القطان، عن عبيد الله، عن نافع، قال:" كانت المراة من بنات عبد الله بن عمر تصدق الف دينار، فتجعل لها من ذلك حليا باربعمائة دينار، ولا يرى فيه صدقة" .
Nafi' reports: One of the daughters of Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) was given one thousand dirhams, and she had jewelry made from it, which amounted to four hundred dinars, but according to Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), zakat was not obligatory on it.
