نا نا محمد بن مخلد ، نا ايوب بن الوليد ابو سليمان الضرير ، نا زيد بن الحباب ، نا سفيان الثوري ، عن حبيب بن ابي ثابت ، عن عمرو بن شعيب ، عن عبد الله بن عمرو ، قال:" وجدوا في كتاب عمر إذا ما عبث طلق عنه وليه يعني المجنون" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: People found this statement in the letter of Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him): "When someone acts foolishly, his guardian should pronounce divorce on his behalf." What he meant was when someone becomes insane.
