It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) had a she-camel named ‘Adba’, and no other camel could surpass her. Then one day, a Bedouin came riding his camel and overtook her. This was very hard on the Muslims. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) noticed their distress on their faces, he himself said,“Adba has been left behind.”The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said:“It is a right upon Allah that whatever He raises in this world, He will also lower it.”
