باب قوله يوم حنين من قتل كافرا فله سلبه وما قالته أم سليم والده أنس بن مالك وجرح خالد بن الوليد واهتمام النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم بأمره
Chapter on His Saying on the Day of Hunayn:“Whoever Kills a Disbeliever, He Has His Spoils,”and What Umm Sulaym, the Mother of Anas ibn Malik, Said, the Wounding of Khalid ibn al-Walid, and the Prophet’s ﷺ Concern for Him
Hadith Number: 10906
عن انس بن مالك رضي الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يوم حنين من تفرد بدم رجل فقتله فله سلبه قال فجاء ابو طلحة بسلب احد وعشرين رجلا
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said on the occasion of the Battle of Hunayn: Whoever kills a man single-handedly, then the spoils taken from him will belong to that person. On that day, Sayyiduna Abu Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) brought the spoils of twenty-one individuals.
