Sayyiduna Safwan bin Umayyah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I used to have intense hatred for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), but on the day of the Battle of Hunayn, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave me so much and continued to bestow favors upon me until he became the most beloved of all people to me.
