It is narrated from Sayyiduna ‘Adi bin Hatim (may Allah be pleased with him), he said:“O Messenger of Allah! My father used to maintain ties of kinship and also performed many other good deeds. Will he receive their reward?”The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“Indeed, that which your father sought (in the form of fame and praise), he has already received.”
