باب فى النهي عن الصلاة عند طلوع الشمس وعند غروبها وعند الاستواء
Chapter on the Prohibition of Praying at Sunrise, Sunset, and at Midday
Hadith Number: 1218
عن زيد بن ثابت رضي الله عنه ان النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم نهى ان يصلى إذا طلع قرن الشمس او غاب قرنها، وقال: ((إنها تطلع بين قرني شيطان او من بين قرني شيطان))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade performing prayer at the time when the edge of the sun is rising or when its edge is setting. Also, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Indeed, it rises between the horns of Satan.
