الفضل الثالث فيما ورد فى بني ناجية والنخع وغزة
The third section regarding what has come about Banu Najiyah, al-Nakha', and Ghazza
Hadith Number: 12561
وفي رواية عن ابن اخي سعد قال ذكروا بني ناجية عند رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم فقال ”هم حي مني“ ولم يذكر فيه سعد
Another narration, which is reported from the nephew of Sayyiduna Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him), states that people mentioned Banu Najiyah in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: That tribe is from me. In the chain of this narration, Sayyiduna Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) is not mentioned.
