الباب السابع فيما جاء فى خراب المدينة آخر الزمان
The seventh chapter regarding what has come about the ruin of Madinah at the end of time
Hadith Number: 12667
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ”ليدعن اهل المدينة المدينة وهي خير ما يكون مرطبة مونعة“، فقيل: من ياكلها؟ قال: ”الطير والسباع“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The people of Madinah will leave Madinah, even though it will be pleasant and prosperous in every way, and its fruits will be well ripened. Someone asked: Then who will eat the fruits there? The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, replied: The birds and the beasts.
