Explanation of the Day of Resurrection, Conditions of the Hereafter, and the Trials and Signs that Precede It
فتن عامة وأمور هامة لا تقوم الساعة إلا بعد حصولها
General tribulations and important matters; the Hour will not come until they occur
Hadith Number: 12866
وعن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنه ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال ”تكون فتنة تستنظف العرب قتلاها في النار اللسان فيها اشد من وقع السيف“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A tribulation will come that will destroy all the Arabs. Those killed in this tribulation will be people of Hell. During this tribulation, using the tongue will be even more serious than using the sword."
تخریج الحدیث: «اسناده ضعيف لضعف ليث بن ابي سليم وجھالة حال زياد بن سيماكوش، وھو تابعي يمامي، أخرجه ابوداود: 4265، والترمذي: 2178، وابن ماجه: 3967، (انظر مسند أحمد ترقيم الرسالة: 6980 ترقیم بيت الأفكار الدولية: 6980»
حكم: اسناده ضعيف لضعف ليث بن ابي سليم وجھالة حال زياد بن سيماكوش
