Chapter on Praying in Sleepwear, Women's Hair, and the Ruling on a Child's Garment
Hadith Number: 1445
عن معاوية رضي الله عنه قال: قلت لام حبيبة زوج النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ورضي عنها: اكان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يصلي في الثوب الذي ينام معك فيه؟ قالت: نعم، ما لم ير فيه اذى
Sayyiduna Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I asked the wife of the Messenger, Sayyidah Umm Habibah (may Allah be pleased with her), whether the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would pray in the same garment in which he slept with her. She replied: Yes, as long as he did not see any impurity in it.
