باب مكث الإمام بالرجال قليلا لتخرج النساء والفصل بين الفرض والنافلة بخروج أو كلام أو انتقال
Chapter on the Imam Remaining Briefly with the Men so Women May Leave, and Separating Obligatory and Voluntary Prayers by Leaving, Speaking, or Moving
Hadith Number: 1848
عن ام سلمة رضي الله عنها قالت: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم إذا سلم قامت النساء حين يقضي تسليمه ويمكث في مكانه يسيرا قبل ان يقوم
It is narrated from Sayyida Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would finish the prayer with salam, the women would get up and leave as soon as he (peace and blessings be upon him) finished the salam, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) would remain seated in his place for a short while before getting up.
