باب ما جاء فى سببها وجواز فعلها جماعة فى المسجد
Chapter on Its Reason and the Permissibility of Performing It in Congregation in the Mosque
Hadith Number: 2237
(وعنه من طريق ثالث) بنحوه وفيه قالوا: يا رسول الله! صليت ونحن نحب ان تمد في صلاتك، قال: ((قد علمت بمكانكم وعمدا فعلت ذلك))
(Third chain) It is mentioned in this that the Companions said: O Messenger of Allah! You were praying and we wished that you would lead a long prayer. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I was aware of you and I did so intentionally.
