Chapter on the virtue of Friday
Hadith Number: 2698
عن عبد الله بن عمرو (بن العاص) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: ((ما من مسلم يموت يوم الجمعة او ليلة الجمعة إلا وقاه الله فتنة القبر))
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever among the Muslims dies on the day or night of Friday, Allah Almighty will protect him from the trial of the grave.
تخریج الحدیث: «اسناده ضعيف، ربيعة بن سيف لم يسمع من عبد الله بن عمرو، وربيعة ھذا و هشام بن سعد ضيعفان، وله شواھد ثلاثة ضعيفة۔ ترقیم بيت الأفكار الدولية: 6582»
