باب قراءة يس عند المحتضر وما جاء فى شدة الموت ونزع الروح وتغميض
Chapter on reciting Yasin at the dying person's side, what is reported regarding the severity of death, the soul's departure, and closing the eyes
Hadith Number: 3015
عن معقل بن يسار رضي الله عنه ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: ((يس قلب القرآن، لا يقراها رجل يريد الله تعالى والدار الآخرة غفر له، واقراوها على موتاكم))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Surah Yaseen is the heart of the Noble Qur'an. Whoever recites it seeking the pleasure of Allah Almighty and success in the Hereafter, he will be forgiven. And you should recite this Surah near the one who is dying.
تخریج الحدیث: «اسناده ضعيف لجھالة الرجل وأبيه، وسمّي في رواية بأبي عثمان، ولا يعرف أخرجه النسائي في ’’عمل اليوم والليلة‘‘: 1075، والطبراني: 20/ 511۔ وأخرجه أبوداود: 3121، وابن ماجه:1448 مختصرا بلفظ: ((اقرء وھا علي موتاكم۔)) يعني يس۔، (انظر مسند أحمد ترقيم الرسالة: 20300، 20301 ترقیم بيت الأفكار الدولية: 20566»
حكم: اسناده ضعيف لجھالة الرجل وأبيه
