باب عدد تكبير صلاة الجنازة وما جاء فى التسليم منها
Chapter on the number of Takbirs in the funeral prayer and what is reported regarding the salam in it
Hadith Number: 3175
عن جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ((كبروا على موتاكم بالليل والنهار اربع تكبيرات))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whether it is day or night, when you pray over your dead, say four takbirs.
