Chapter on the prohibition of taking mosques over graves
Hadith Number: 3337
عن اسامة بن زيد رضي الله عنهما قال: قال لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ادخل علي اصحابي، فدخلوا عليه فكشف القناع، ثم قال: ((لعن الله اليهود والنصارى، اتخذوا قبور انبيائهم مساجد))
Sayyiduna Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: Call my companions to me. So they came, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) removed the cloth from his head and said: May Allah curse the Jews and the Christians; they made the graves of their prophets places of prostration.
