تحريم الصدقة على بني هاشم وأزواجهم ومواليهم ، لا الهدية
Prohibition of Charity for Banu Hashim, Their Wives, and Their Freed Slaves, but Not Gifts
Hadith Number: 3484
وعنه ايضا ان النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم راى الحسن بن علي رضي الله عنهما اخذ تمرة من تمر الصدقة فلكها في فيه، فقال له النبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم: ((كخ، كخ، ثلاثا لا تحل لنا الصدقة))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that when the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, saw Sayyiduna Hasan bin Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, pick up a date from the charity dates and chew it in his mouth, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, said to him: Oh, oh, oh, charity is not lawful for us.
