باب فضل صيام رمضان وقيامه
Chapter: The Virtue of Fasting and Standing in Ramadan
Hadith Number: 3658
عن ابي سلمة ان ابا هريرة رضي الله عنه اخبره ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: ((من قام رمضان إيمانا واحتسابا غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه، ومن قام ليلة القدر إيمانا واحتسابا غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه))
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever stands (in prayer) during Ramadan with faith and seeking reward, all his previous sins will be forgiven. Likewise, whoever stands (in prayer) during the Night of Qadr with faith and seeking reward, all his previous sins will be forgiven.
