Hadith Number: 3714
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ((لا يزال الدين ظاهرا ما عجل الناس الفطر، إن اليهود والنصارى يؤخرون))
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: As long as people hasten to break the fast, the religion will remain dominant; the Jews and Christians delay in breaking the fast.
