Concession for Kissing and Physical Contact for the Fasting Person Except for One Who Fears for Himself
Hadith Number: 3777
(وعنها من طريق ثان): ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قبل امراة من نسائه وهو صائم ثم ضحكت
(Second chain) Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) kissed his wife while he was in the state of fasting, then Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) laughed.
