Chapter: Permissibility of Breaking the Fast and Fasting While Traveling
Hadith Number: 3829
عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنه قال: لا تعب على من صام في السفر ولا على من افطر، قد صام رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم في السفر وافطر
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Neither was there any blame on the one who fasted during travel, nor on the one who broke the fast, because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) both fasted and left the fast during travel.
