Chapter on What Has Been Reported Regarding the Leftover Water of a Dog
Hadith Number: 399
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ((طهر إناء احدكم إذا ولغ فيه الكلب ان يغسله سبع مرات))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When a dog puts its mouth into any of your vessels, its purification will be by washing it seven times."
