Chapter: The Appointed Places for Entering Ihram
Hadith Number: 4139
((وعنه من طريق ثان)، بنحوه وفيه) ((فمن كان من دون ذلك فمن حيث انشا، حتى اهل مكة من مكة))
(Second chain) It is stated in this: And those people who live within the boundary of this Miqat, they will assume Ihram from the place where they begin their journey, to the extent that the people of Makkah will assume Ihram from Makkah itself.
