Sayyida Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah came to Sayyida Duba’ah bint Zubair (may Allah be pleased with her) when she was ill. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her:“Will you not travel with us on this journey?”while his intention was for the Farewell Pilgrimage (Hajjat al-Wada’). Sayyida Duba’ah (may Allah be pleased with her) said:“O Messenger of Allah! I am ill and I fear that my illness may prevent me.”The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“You should enter into the state of Ihram for Hajj and say: ‘O Allah! The place where You restrain me, that will be the place where I become released from Ihram.’”
