Umm Walad (Sayyida Tamlik Abdurriyah), the mother of Sheibah bin Uthman (may Allah be pleased with her), narrates that she saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performing Sa’i between Safa and Marwah in such a manner that his garment was lifted from his knees, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) was saying:“This valley should only be crossed by running.”
